Pro Series 2026

The 2026 Ultimate Pool Pro Series will feature 6 events at three double-header long weekends and also a Grand Final weekend which will feature a Double Elimination Event with Double Money and Double Points up for grabs throughout the year. All 72 professional players are eligible to enter these events.

Dates

All Pro Series events in 2026 will take place at either the Premier Suite, Bolton Wanderers FC, Bolton, Robin Park Leisure Centre, Wigan and New for 2026, Loughborough University, Loughborough

There are four weekend stops, with two Pro Series events taking place at each one. Events will run from Fridays to Sundays. The dates are:

  • Events 1 & 2 | April 3-5 - Robin Park Leisure Centre, Wigan
  • Events 3 & 4 | July 3-5 - Premier Suite, Bolton Wanderers FC, Bolton
  • Events 5 & 6 | Aug 13-16 - Loughborough University, Loughborough
  • Events 7 & 8 | Dec 11-13 - Robin Park Leisure Centre, Wigan

Prize Money

The 2026 Ultimate Pool Professional Series has a total prize fund of £416,300 which will be spread over all events throughout the 2026 season. The prize money breakdown for the pro series events (3 weekends - 6 events) is as follows:

  • Winner: £10,000
  • Runner-Up: £4,000
  • Semi-Finalist: £2,000
  • Quarter-Finalist: £1,000
  • Last 16: £500
  • Last 32: £200

The prize money breakdown for the Grand Final weekend is as follows:

  • Winner: £25,000
  • Runner-Up: £8,000
  • Semi-Finalist: £4,000
  • Quarter-Finalist: £2,000
  • Last 16: £1000
  • Last 32: £500
  • Loser Qualif: £200

ABOUT ULTIMATE POOL

The Ultimate Pool Group organises and promotes professional 8-ball pool events featuring the world's top players. Founded in 2020 when the QK Sports Entertainment and Orange Media Group brands merged forces, the Ultimate Pool Group harbours an exciting vision for the sport's future, with an emphasis on supplying quality, entertainment and increased levels of professionalism, exposure and prize money. Ultimate Pool hosts a portfolio of live televised tournaments including several major invitationals and a structured two-tier floor circuit that consists of an open amateur series and an elite 72 player professional series. Throughout 2026, Ultimate Pool is set to pay out approximately over £880,000 in prizes (subject to fully paid fields).

SCHEDULE

The 2026 Ultimate Pool Pro Series Events will commence on Friday and conclude on Sunday. Al matches will have an allocated start time. A comprehensive match schedule will be published a minimum of two weeks prior to each Series event.

PRO SERIES FORMAT

Pro Series for 2026 will be single elimination for both events. There will be 72 players competing in each event. The top 32 ranked players – following the end of the 2025 season – will all be seeded into the round of 64. The remaining players will randomly drawn into their positions in the Last 64 round with some playing a prelim round to join the rest of the players in the Last 64. More details to follow on that. All matches are a races to eight frames, although all main arena matches will be played with a match-clock. The Golden Break and Golden Duck rules are not in operation during this year’s Series.

OTHER EVENTS

There will also be multiple events throughout the season that have been scheduled into 2026, as the Players Championship, European and British Opens, the Pro Cup and the Masters continue - these events are likely to be spread around the UK. Meanwhile, Monday Nights will once again continue with the Champions League, Pairs Cup and Mixed Pairs on TNT Sports and Worldwide.

DRESS CODE

All players will receive an official series shirt, which must be worn during your matches. No jeans or trainers allowed. Trousers and shoes to be worn whilst playing in all events. Any player who doesn't wear the official Ultimate Pool Shirt will be fined £45.00 and a new shirt will be ordered for them.

TV AND STREAMING

Our Series events will either be televised and/or livestreamed on ultimatepool.tv, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. For further details please visit ultimatepoolgroup.com.

WRISTBAND FEE

For the 2026 season, we will be using a wristband system for each series event. If you are participating in the events, the charge will be £50.00 per weekend. If you are planning on bringing your partner, friend etc, weekend passes are available for £20.00. Under 18s go free, but must be accompanied by a fee-paying adult.

BY PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE RULES.

If your application is not successful, your deposit will be returned as soon as possible. The organisers reserve the right to remove and replace any entrant who fails to make the payment deadline as set out above. Al players must pay all the entry fees, even if they do not attend all the Events. The organisers reserve the right to decline any unsuitable new applicants.
